Welcome to EYULABS. By accessing our website or purchasing our applications, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Lifetime Licenses & Access

When you purchase an application from EYULABS, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software. This license is verified using your unique purchase license key generated by our merchant processor. "Lifetime" means for the supported lifespan of the product version on its compatible operating systems.

2. Personal License Use

Each license key is for personal use by the purchaser. You are responsible for keeping your license key private. Sharing license keys publicly or distributing them to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of the license key.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense our software or any part of it. Any attempt to circumvent our licensing system or modify application files constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate, permanent termination of your license without any refund.

4. Refunds

All sales of digital products, software licenses, subscriptions, and virtual goods are final and non-refundable. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Software Quality & Our Commitment

EYULABS is committed to building and maintaining high-quality, secure, and well-tested software. We invest significant effort in code review, security hardening, and continuous improvement. Our applications do not contain spyware or unauthorized data-harvesting components. Some of our apps may display advertisements in their free version, powered by Google AdMob. Purchasing a premium license removes ads entirely.

All software may occasionally contain technical issues, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times due to factors outside our control (such as operating system updates, device manufacturer changes, or third-party service outages). When issues arise, we are committed to addressing them promptly through updates. By using our software, you acknowledge these inherent limitations of digital products.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, EYULABS provides its applications on an "as available" basis and disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific license giving rise to that claim.

6. Service Continuity & Changes

EYULABS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of its applications at its discretion. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes through our website. Continued use of our software after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
