At EYULABS, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring transparency in how we operate. This policy outlines our practices to ensure compliance with global privacy standards, including requirements for Lemon Squeezy payments.

1. Information We Collect

We operate on a local-first and decentralized architecture. We do not create user accounts on our servers, nor do we store your personal data, focus sessions, tasks, or habits on our infrastructure. The only data processed is:
- Purchase Information: When you purchase a license key, Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) collects transaction details (e.g., name, email, billing info) to process payments and deliver your license key.
- License Activation: When activating premium features, the license key is sent directly to Lemon Squeezy's API for secure validation. No device identifiers, physical locations, or personal data are stored on our servers.
- Cloud Synchronization: If you explicitly enable the Cloud Sync feature, your encrypted backup data is uploaded directly to your own personal Google Drive AppData folder. We never see, access, or store this data.

2. Payments & Financial Data

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (acting as our Merchant of Record). EYULABS does not store, see, or have access to your full credit card numbers. 3. Your Data Control

Since we do not store any of your data, you maintain full sovereignty over your information. To delete your sync data, simply disable the sync option inside the app or delete the hidden app data folder directly from your Google Account settings.
